From January 1, 2024, our long-time employee and authorized signatory BM DI Christoph Gangl will be managing partner.
As our long-standing colleague Karin Pelz will soon be going into well-deserved retirement, Jennifer Mlak will be taking over as assistant to the management in May.
With Mr. Herbert Treiber, we are getting an additional project manager back and he is strengthening our team in the areas of technology, project management and local construction supervision.

Our colleague Cathrin Weishapel supports the project managers and the CAD team, and is responsible for the local construction supervision of all Wiener Wohnen projects and for technical support.
The team celebrates the company's 30th anniversary with a wonderful city trip to Prague.
Mr. Ramadani strengthens our team as an ÖBA technician in the areas of technology, project management and local construction supervision. Mr. Ramadani has been working for the BV Kaserne Melk on site as a junior expert for 2 years.
Mr. Andreas Fassl is hired to strengthen our team. He completed his architecture studies at the Vienna University of Technology in 2017 with a successful bachelor's degree - the master's degree will follow in 2019.
Mr. Fassl is responsible for the local construction supervision of all Wiener Wohnen projects and supports the project managers and the CAD team in all areas.
Together with our clients and business partners, we celebrate our 25th anniversary with a grandiose party in the wine production hall of G.&H. Nigl in Perchtoldsdorf, a project realized by our office.
We are hiring Mr. Christoph Gangl as further support for the technical area. He graduated from the FH Campus Wien for Civil Engineering & Construction Management with a Master's degree in 2014. He then attended the master builder course, which he successfully completed in March 2018.
On the occasion of the European Football Championship 2008, we celebrate a wonderful evening with our customers on the "Forstner Fan Mile" with public viewing, music and a delicious buffet.
We move to our new office in the Stadion Center, which is twice as large, and celebrate the company's 20th anniversary.
Mr. Johann Hattmannsdorfer joins our team in the areas of quantity surveying, tendering and auditing.
Mr. Danko Rivic takes over the CAD tasks and is responsible for the submission, execution, detail and as-built planning.
After completing the expert training course, Mr. Forstner is sworn in as a generally sworn and court-certified expert.
We celebrate the 10th anniversary of the company together with our customers with a great party at Pogusch.
In order to meet the increasing administrative requirements, Ms. Pelz is taken on as secretary.
Erich Forstner initially founds the company as a sole proprietorship and moves into his first office in 1200 Vienna, Bäuerlegasse in 1988.
